SAYtr currently serves in support of the Booz Allen Hamilton housing privatization implementation team as the Military Housing Privatization Manager at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Responsible for ramping-up and running the Project Management Office in support of a program to privatize an inventory of 980 homes, worth a total of $196 million on installation.
Issues addressed include safeguarding resident's interests by comparing living conditions to existing contracts, tracking billing trends, due diligence, site and urban planning work, long term operations and maintenance impact studies, utilities privatization management, with a keen focus on environmental resources.
SAYtr's leadership in the Dover privatization effort has resulted in an installation-driven program with successful outreach and stakeholder involvement, preservation of natural and cultural resources on installation, and successful strategic and land use planning.
