Served as Installation Military Architect, OPERATION SOUTHERN WATCH, DESERT SHIELD, and DESERT FOX, Prince Sultan Air Base, Al-Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 1998-99. Managed and coordinated move of 4000 French, British, and American military personnel from Tent City, Prince Sultan Air Base, to the $150M Coalition Complex, the dormitory system for all Coalition forces on Installation. Managed punchlist items for substantial completion for the housing complex, overseeing final construction by contractor the Bin Ladin Construction Group.
