SAYtr served in support of the Booz Allen Hamilton housing privatization implementation team as the Military Housing Privatization Manager at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2002-03. Responsible for ramping-up and running the Project Management Office in support of a $120 million program to privatize housing on installation. Spearheaded collaboration with base and command leadership and personnel, as well as local civilian representatives, to ensure an installation-driven privatization program on Barksdale Air Force Base.
SAYtr's leadership in the Barksdale privatization effort resulted in successful outreach and stakeholder involvement, preservation of natural and cultural resources on installation, and successful strategic and land use planning.
